If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the website and related services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
We provide image generation and editing tools for creative, design, marketing, and business use. When you use the site, you agree to follow these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our content rules, and any other applicable policies published here.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the service. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
If you use GPT-Image-2.6 on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Account Registration and Security
Some GPT-Image-2.6 features may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, current information during registration and while using the service, and to update your information when necessary.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, password, verification codes, access permissions, and other security information confidential. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including prompts you submit, media you upload, content you generate, subscription purchases, credit usage, and any other actions taken through the account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, your password has been compromised, or another security issue exists, please contact us promptly.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to protect your account information, sharing your account, using weak credentials, or otherwise violating these Terms.
3. User Content and Generated Content
3.1 User Content
When using GPT-Image-2.6, you may submit, upload, generate, save, download, or share content, including:
- Text prompts, generation instructions, and creative requests
- Uploaded images, reference media, source materials, or other files
- Images or other outputs created through our AI generation features

All such material is referred to in these Terms as "User Content."
You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit, upload, generate, publish, download, use, or share. You must ensure that you have the rights, permissions, and legal basis needed for that content.
3.2 Ownership of User Content
Unless otherwise required by law or stated in these Terms, you retain the rights you hold in the original content you upload to GPT-Image-2.6.
For content generated through the service, you are responsible for determining how that content may be used and for ensuring that your use does not infringe any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, portrait rights, trademark rights, trade secrets, or other lawful rights of third parties.
AI-generated results may resemble content created by others and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using it commercially, publishing it, distributing it, or relying on it in an important context.
3.3 License Granted to GPT-Image-2.6
In order to provide, maintain, improve, and protect GPT-Image-2.6, when you submit User Content to the website, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, copy, process, transform, display, transmit, and use that content.
This license is limited to the following purposes:
- Providing AI image generation, reference-image workflows, image editing, preview, saving, and download features
- Processing your prompts, uploaded media, and generated content
- Protecting the website, user accounts, and services
- Detecting, preventing, and addressing fraud, abuse, policy violations, or security risks
- Providing customer support, troubleshooting, and service optimization
- Complying with legal obligations or responding to lawful requests
Unless authorized by you, permitted by law, or required for service functionality, we will not use your private User Content for unrelated public display.
3.4 Content Restrictions
You agree not to use GPT-Image-2.6 to create, upload, generate, publish, distribute, or share content that is:
- Unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, or malicious
- Intended to promote, encourage, or facilitate violence, self-harm, terrorism, crime, or dangerous conduct
- Pornographic, sexually explicit, non-consensual sexualized content, or inappropriate content involving minors
- Infringing the intellectual property, privacy, portrait, reputation, trademark, or other lawful rights of others
- Intended to impersonate another person, mislead about identity, fake official endorsement, or create deceptive content

- In violation of applicable law, these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or other website rules
If we believe content or conduct violates these Terms, applicable law, or poses risk to the platform, users, or third parties, we may take appropriate action, including limiting generation, removing content, suspending accounts, terminating service, preserving records, or cooperating with lawful investigations.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Intellectual Property in the Website and Services
The website, interface, features, software, code, model orchestration, page design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, brand elements, databases, documentation, and other platform materials belong to us or our licensors. They are protected by intellectual property and related laws.
Without our prior written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, mirror, resell, or otherwise exploit the website, services, or platform content.
4.2 Brand and Trademarks
The GPT-Image-2.6 name, our domain name, and related names, visual elements, and brand assets may be our trademarks, service marks, or trade dress. You may not use them without authorization in a way that could cause confusion or imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement.
4.3 Third-Party Rights
When using AI image generation, reference-image workflows, image editing, media uploads, or generated outputs, you must respect the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, portrait rights, trademark rights, and other lawful rights of third parties.
If you believe content on the website infringes your rights, you may contact us and provide enough information for us to review the matter.
5. Subscriptions, Credits, and Payments
GPT-Image-2.6 may offer free features, paid subscriptions, One-time credits, premium tools, or other paid services. Different plans may include different generation limits, feature access, processing speed, download rights, commercial usage scope, or other service benefits.
By purchasing or subscribing to a paid service, you agree to the pricing, feature descriptions, billing cycle, automatic renewal terms, usage limits, and other terms shown on the relevant pages.
If you choose a subscription plan, it may renew automatically for the selected billing period until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings.
If you cancel, you will generally keep access to the subscription benefits you already paid for until the end of the current billing period. After that period ends, the subscription benefits will stop unless you subscribe again.
We may change subscription pricing, credit rules, feature entitlements, or service offerings from time to time. If a material change affects existing paid users, we may provide notice through the website, email, or another reasonable method.
6. Refund Policy
New users making their first purchase may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date. Requests submitted after 7 days are generally not accepted unless applicable law requires otherwise or we state otherwise.
To qualify for a refund, your account will generally need to meet all of the following conditions:
- Fewer than 10 AI processing tasks have been submitted through your account
- At least 90% of the purchased credits remain unused
- The purchase is your first purchase, and there has been no violation of these Terms, refund abuse, or abnormal usage
To request a refund, please contact us and include your account email, order information, and reason for the request.
We review refund requests based on account activity, purchase records, credit usage, service status, and applicable law. If a refund is approved, processing time may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
A refund may not be available if:
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase
- The AI task threshold for refunds has been reached or exceeded
- Most credits or service benefits have already been used
- The account has been shared, misused, registered maliciously, or otherwise used in violation of these Terms
- The issue is caused by your device, network, a third-party service, or personal preference rather than service quality
7. Service Use Restrictions
You agree to use GPT-Image-2.6 lawfully, reasonably, and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Damage, interfere with, attack, bypass, or attempt unauthorized access to the website, servers, accounts, systems, or security measures

- Circumvent subscription limits, credit limits, rate limits, access controls, or security checks
- Resell, lease, sublicense, or commercialize the service in an unauthorized way
- Use the service to generate, distribute, or assist with unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or high-risk content
- Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, mirror, or use the service to build a competing product
- Harm GPT-Image-2.6, other users, third parties, or the public in any way
We may set or adjust limits on use frequency, generation volume, file size, upload format, geographic availability, account permissions, or certain features for reasons including security, system load, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or operational needs.
8. Service Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of GPT-Image-2.6 based on product planning, technical changes, safety, legal compliance, or operational needs.

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, similar to third-party content, contain text errors, include incorrect details, or be unsuitable for a specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using, publishing, modifying, distributing, or relying on it.
We do not guarantee that generated content will satisfy your business, legal, advertising, compliance, copyright, trademark, industry, or other specific requirements. Before using generated content in commercial promotions, packaging, healthcare, finance, legal, education, public communications, or other important settings, you should conduct human review and seek professional advice where appropriate.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our owners, operators, employees, partners, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to your access to, use of, or inability to use the service.
This includes, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, loss of data, loss of content, reputational harm, unsatisfactory generation results, third-party claims, or other intangible losses, even if we were advised that such damages might occur.
In all cases, our total aggregate liability arising from the service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the service during the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount of liability required under applicable law, whichever is greater.
11. Indemnification
If a claim, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense arises out of your breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the service, submission or use of User Content, infringement of third-party rights, or your use of generated content, you agree, to the extent permitted by law, to defend and indemnify us and our affiliates, service providers, licensors, employees, and partners, and to hold each of us harmless.
12. Third-Party Services
GPT-Image-2.6 may use or link to third-party services such as payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, email services, content safety vendors, AI model providers, or other technical service providers.
Those third-party services may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and usage rules. Before using them or following third-party links, you should review the relevant policies yourself. We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or conduct of third-party services.
13. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms when our services, features, legal requirements, or operations change. We will post the revised Terms here and update the effective date above.
If a material change is made, we may provide notice through the website, email, or another reasonable method.
If you continue to use GPT-Image-2.6 after updated Terms take effect, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website and related services.
