Please read this Refund Policy before purchasing a paid service from GPT-Image-2.6.
Effective Date: September 25, 2026
This Policy covers subscriptions, one-time credits, premium features, and other paid services purchased on this site.
1. Refund Policy Overview
If you are a new user and are not satisfied with your first paid purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Requests submitted after the 7-day window are generally not approved unless applicable law requires otherwise or we state otherwise.
Before buying, check the plan details, credits, included features, price, billing cycle, and usage limits. If anything is unclear, contact us before completing your purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, your account will generally need to meet all of the following conditions:
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- The purchase must be your first purchase.
- Fewer than 5 AI image generation, image editing, or other AI processing jobs must have been submitted through your account.
- At least 90% of the purchased credits must remain unused.
- You must not have violated the GPT-Image-2.6 Terms of Service, content rules, or other applicable policies.
- Your account must not show signs of bulk registration, account sharing, refund abuse, abnormal usage, or other conduct that could affect service fairness.
If your account has already used a significant amount of credits, submitted many generation tasks, or otherwise substantially consumed the purchased service, we may be unable to approve a refund.
3. Situations Where Refunds Are Generally Not Available
Refunds are generally not available in the following circumstances:
- The refund request is submitted more than 7 days after the purchase date.
- The account has already reached or exceeded the refund task limit.
- More than 10% of the purchased credits have been used.
- The purchase was not your first purchase, or it relates to a renewal, repeat purchase, or additional credits.
- The request is based on personal preference, dissatisfaction with prompt results, or the need to try multiple prompts or settings.
- The issue was caused by your device, browser, network environment, third-party service, or payment channel rather than by our service.
- There has been a violation of the Terms of Service, improper content generation, malicious registration, bulk abuse, account sharing, or other abnormal activity.
- Other circumstances in which applicable law allows us to refuse a refund.
AI-generated results can vary depending on prompts, reference media, model capabilities, generation settings, and content safety rules. We do not guarantee that every result will match your personal expectations, so we encourage you to review the service features and limitations before you make a purchase.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please send your request to the contact email at the end of this policy.
To help us review your request more quickly, please include:
- The email address associated with your GPT-Image-2.6 account
- The purchase date
- The order number or proof of payment
- The name of the subscription plan, One-time credit option, or paid service purchased
- The reason for the refund request
- Any screenshots or additional details that may help us verify the issue
Please make sure your refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase. We may ask for additional information to verify your account, order, and usage history.
5. Review and Processing of Refund Requests
Once we receive your request, we will review it based on your account status, order history, credit usage, number of AI processing tasks, compliance with our Terms of Service, and applicable law.
If a refund is approved, we will generally issue it back through the original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear may depend on your payment provider, bank, or financial institution.
If a refund request is not approved, we will try to explain the main reason. You may still be able to continue using any subscription benefits, credits, or services that remain valid on your account.
6. Canceling a Subscription Is Not the Same as Receiving a Refund
Canceling a subscription does not automatically mean you are entitled to a refund.
Canceling a subscription generally stops automatic renewal at the end of the current billing cycle. Fees already paid for that cycle are generally not refunded automatically, unless this Policy or applicable law provides otherwise.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings.
7. Service Access After an Approved Refund
If your refund request is approved, we may revoke or adjust the service benefits associated with that purchase, including by:
- Deducting or removing the related credits
- Ending the corresponding subscription plan
- Disabling access to premium features
- Restricting continued use of the refunded order
- Updating your account status or service records where necessary
If the refund relates to content that has already been generated, downloaded, or saved, you must still comply with the GPT-Image-2.6 Terms of Service, intellectual property rules, and applicable law.
8. Updates to This Refund Policy
We may revise this Policy when our services, plans, credit rules, payment provider requirements, legal obligations, or operations change.
We will post the revised Policy here and update the effective date above. If you continue to buy or use our paid services after it takes effect, you agree to the revised Policy.
